We carry out everything you do not need, take it to a licensed landfill and hand you back a clean room. The landfill fee is included. Clearing an inherited home or a basement full of years of belongings is often the hardest part – physically and emotionally. We take it on completely: we carry out furniture, appliances and belongings, sort what can be recycled, take the rest to a licensed landfill and sweep up after ourselves. Tell us in advance what you want to keep – documents, photos or specific furniture – and we will set it aside. Everything else is gone in one day, or two for larger houses. Not everything goes to the tip. Metal items — old stoves, bed frames, radiators, pipes, boilers — go to a scrap merchant. Everything else that can no longer be used we haul to a licensed tip and we pay the tip fee. One thing that saves awkward conversations: if there is something among the items you want to keep, say so before we start. We set it aside at the beginning. Once the bags are loaded and the van has left, there is no getting it back. That is why on a bigger clearance we first walk the rooms together. You say "this stays, this goes", and from then on we work without asking you about every single object. If a wall has to come down after the clearance, or tiles or window frames have to go, that is demolition and removal — a separate service, but done the same day with one team.
